What is the correct way to measure for my blinds?
Please see our ' How to measure' section, you will find the best way to measure your windows.

Is there much of a difference to recess fit and outside fit?
If you remember that recess is for the blind to hang on the inside of the window frame and outside is the blind to sit on the outer of the window frame, you can't go wrong.

Will I receive all the fittings and instructions with my blinds?
Yes. All brackets and instructions are included in the parcel, the only thing not included is the screws. Roller blinds are very easy to install.

Can the blinds be cleaned?
If the blinds require a wipe down, we recommend a very light wipe down with a damp cloth or a duster to remove light dirt.

Will the colour of my logo or image be a true representation?
We take the upmost care to try and create the best colour match for the blinds, it is not always possible to replicate the colour 100%. If pantone numbers are provided this can help
with colour matching.

Can I see a rough proof before going to print?
Yes, we provide a pdf image of what the blind will look like.

Delivery, what happens there?
Delivery is by carrier, usaully Tuffnels. We deliver next day Monday to Friday.

I would like the blinds delivered to a different address?
We will deliver to any UK postal address.
 
The blinds are damaged in Transit now what?
We check all our blinds before leaving tha factory, all goods are parcelled securley. In the very unlikely event the parcel is damanged, please contact us asap by email at enquiries@printedrollerblinds.co.uk or by telephone on 0800 015 4343
